What an incredibly beautiful area this is.  We set out this morning for Ogunquit, Wells, and Kennebunkport.  Thanks to Debbie and Ritt for telling us about these areas and what to see and the best places to eat. A delightful walk along the ocean on Marginal Way in Ogunquit with incredible scenery and lots of great shops, lunch at Maine Diner in Wells, then on to Kennebunkport.

Monday, July 24-A trip to Basketville for some afternoon shopping and another fun evening with Debbie and Ritt is the end of our visit.  We left not only with lots of delicious leftovers but some of Debbie's gorgeous Stargazer Lilies, one of my all-time favorite flowers.  We headed out this morning north to the Portland,Maine area. There's a lot to see in this area so we went to Old Orchard Beach for our first stop.

Saturday was a great day for the local Farmers Market in Brattleboro, VT and then the guys set out to buy yet more lobsters.  We are going to have to go on major diets after this visit. We have had so much wonderful food, especially seafood,.and so much fun.

Today we went on a road trip to Gloucester and Rockport, Mass.....what a beautiful area with a delicious lobster lunch outside by the water.

Oak Ridge Golf Course

Yesterday we managed to find a golf course and so more challenges with the rolling hills in the area. Adam and Rose joined us for dinner. It was so nice to spend time with them, too.  Debbie fixed us another delicious meal.  She's going to need a real vacation when we leave as she has gone above and beyond feeding us......and all so delicious!
